Hi there,
I’m trying to understand why I’m getting multiple daily entries for the OHLC data. For example, when I access the following API access point:
I obtain several days with multiple entries. In particular, for 2019-07-02, there are two entries with the same “indexId” entries but two different “id” entries. Can you explain what the difference here is? How do I get unique, aggregate daily OHLC data for each crypto?
Thanks,
Gustavo

Hi Gustavo,
Sorry for the delay getting back to you while the data team investigated.
The issue has now been corrected. It was confirmed as isolated to this period and the invalid records deleted from all affected datasets.
We appreciate you bringing this to light and apologise for the inconvenience.

It’s been 5 days since I first flagged this bug. Can you please provide at least an update on how long you will think it will take to fix it?
Any updates?
Thanks. I look forward for your response.
Hi Gustavo,
Thank you for bringing this to our attention - it does appear that you have identified a glitch in the OHLCV data. Normally there should only be one entry per day for each indexID but there must have been an issue with OHLCV processing on 2019-07-02 since we can replicate there are two records with different id’s being returned. Inspection so far indicates the problem occurred for multiple assets but was restricted to dates between 2019-07-02 and 2019-07-05. The issue has been escalated to our market data team for further investigation and correction. We will update you.
Best regards,
