Getting Error in API but works on PresentID test page

Hello,

I am using the endpoints used here, and I keep getting an error that the first image doens’t contain a face, but when i submit the exact same images to the PresentID test website, I get a good response and no error. Is this behavior known on the API side? Is there a way around it? Or more detials to add to the parameters to ensure the image is read correctly?
