what is the best sample rate and bitrate of the sent file to get high accuracy?

Thanks that you are interested in our API.
To get more accuracy, it’s clear to have more sample rate and bitrate. the best accuracy is for 16KHz and upper and bit rate is 16KHz and upper. if you give a lower sample rate and bitrate then you get low accuracy like 8KHz + 8 bit rate.
