Only 12 values can be extracted?

Hi,

There is a limit of 12 entities can be extracted in your API. Is this only applies for free version or paid as well?

If I need to extract more than 12 entities from that text, then how can we get those done? Can you increase it upto at least 30 or more? Otherwise there is no point of purchasing this API service.

I request you consider this request and do the needful. And also expect a response from you ASAP since we are in a process of finding a tool for our context and use it within our app.

The 12 entities limit applies for both the free and the paid plans at the moment.

We are actively working on a newer version which would allow extracting more than 12 entities in a single request. We expect the new version to be released in several weeks.
For now, we suggest splitting your entities into multiple requests, such that each request would contain up to 12 entites.
