Thanks for your comment.

It is really difficult to collect data at that lower level. We will check if the data at Municipal corporation level is available - the lowest available according to the reliable / Govt. sources for most states is at the District level. We will check it out and let you know if it possible, Also, please feel free to point us to reliable / Govt. source of any states that you are aware of if you already have the links. That would help us in taking a decision on the same.
