Is there a way to go back to my previous ultra account (USD 25) after delayed payments because now am forced to subscribe to the new plan for USD 29 because there seems to be no way of making payments on the portal??

Hello,

No, the rapidApi.com portal allows you to subscribe to the API but not to pay late monthly payments.

The pricinpe of rapidApi.com is in case of several payment attempts refused to automatically unsubscribe from our API.

There is no possibility to go back on our old plans, they were replaced on July 1, 2019.

Only users who subscribed before that date and who do not unsubscribe will be able to keep the old plans.
