In this case you should contact rapidapi at support@rapidapi.com because they are the ones who manage the billing, they will be able to tell you where these overages come from and if it’s a mistake make a refund.
I had a MEGA plan till 10 Dec. However, on 8 Dec I changed to a Pro
plan. However, I see a $0.15 overage fee on the basic plan.
I cannot understand why I was subscribed to the basic plan when I
never selected that (after choosing the MEGA plan). Why I have been
charged the overage fee when I already have a Pro Plan which handles
7500 requests?
The request showing 130 requests only. and out of which overuse charges are for 30 calls.
This can be normal if the overages were made before subscribing to the “Pro” plan, as well as if you have exceeded the limit of daily requests, any requests beyond that count as overages.
