URGENT: ULTRA plan = "NOT AUTORIZED ! You have reached the maximum number of requests of the basic plan for the day"

Question

Hi

Could you please check my account, as I'm subscribed  to ULTRA plan, which supposed to be unlimited requests, but now, when I'm sending request, I'm getting the following error: 
"NOT AUTORIZED ! You have reached the maximum number of requests of the basic plan for the day".

Also in my subscription page,  it shows "You are subscribed to an older version of the ULTRA plan" message. So does it mean that every time when new version will be available, then I will need to unsubscribe and subscribe again (and again pay 25$)?

Hello,

for all of us is normal you are registered as an ULTRA member, mashape sends us each user's plan, the error must come from them. we send them a message right away.

Regarding the second question, you do not need to unsubscribe to subscribe to the new plan.
