I have opened a ticket specifically around this, but unfortunately, it looks like your fix for this has broken the appropriate gameweek assignments for matchups. The Everton/City game should still be a part of GW25. Further, Wolves/Newcastle on 2/11/19 should be part of GW26, not GW27.
