Lost all my requests when I changed to Basic

Hi, 2 days ago I subscribed to the pro version and paid 20dollars, but today I decided that I wont be needing it after this month, so I changed my subscription back to Basic. However, despite that I had alot of requests left on my Pro, when I changed to basic its now 0. Since I’ve paid for a month, should I not have access to the pro version for another 28 days?
