Why the american number format?

Very bad idea to use mile separators like “7,500” why to impose the american format? I understand for the decimals, there is no way to go, (and also, you could use a culture as param), but for integers no need to use the coma, only troubles with the value parsing.

The same remark for the new cases the “+” only troubles the parsing of integers. Thanks.

I agree, this format is not useful at all. Integers seem like an obvious choice, is there a reason why these data would be represented as strings?
