We are excited to share the most recent updates we have made to RapidAPI. This month’s highlights include improved analytics, the launch of the Organization Homepage (and custom Org Homepage branding), and the ability to create custom API collections. As always, please let us know if you have any questions about the changes.
Updates for Developers
1. Markdown Support for Discussions
It is now possible to format and structure discussions and comments using Markdown! You can find it on the Discussions page of an API on the RapidAPI Marketplace.
Toggle between “Edit” and “Preview” mode to see what your discussion or comment will look like before you post it.
2. Improved Analytics on Developer Dashboard
Our team has made a few refinements to the Analytics section of the Developer Dashboard.
One added feature is the ability to view analytics for only specific endpoints, instead of all API endpoints combined.
Another improvement is the ability to filter logs. You can filter by API, Endpoint, Method, Response Status, or Latency by clicking on the triangular filter icons.
Updates for Organizations/Teams Users
1. Introducing the Organization Homepage
Every user in your Organization can now access the Organization Homepage. Users can view their Team APIs, Organization API subscriptions, and any custom API collections that are added to the Organization.
2. Custom Branding Controls for the Organization Homepage
It is possible to customize the branding of the Organization Homepage, including the logo, banner, title, and tagline. Admins can customize these settings on the Organization Dashboard, under the Organization Homepage tab.
3. Ability to Create a Custom API Collection
In addition to customizing the Organization Homepage branding, admins can also create custom API collections. These collections will show up to every user in the Organization.
Admins can also change the order of the custom API collections by dragging and dropping them within the list.
4. New RapidAPI for Teams Resources
If you haven’t created an Organization yet — or are still getting started — we also have a few new resources to help you finish setting up and get the most out of RapidAPI for Teams.
RapidAPI for Teams Checklist
You will now see a checklist on your Organization Dashboard. The checklist will show what you still have left to set up and can guide you through each step if you click the “?” icon.
How to Use RapidAPI for Teams Video
We also recently posted a video tutorial that will walk you through all of the steps required to set up your Organization and customize the Organization Homepage. Check it out below or see our other tutorials on the RapidAPI YouTube channel.

Dear Rapid API. I just started using one of your APIs, for free for now. I have to say your website made it as easy as it possibly could, considering the complexities of API code and the large number of language options. I have a spreadsheet that now retrieves that data I need, and your Dashboard lets me know if I am getting close to requiring a paid Subscrption. I am not much of a programmer, but I’ve done it, thanks to your Code Snippets and a bit of Googling.
Many thanks for this service.
