ODM API issue with key

Team, I am getting the following error when trying out ODM Organization API from Crunchbase.
[{“status”:401,“code”:“LA401”,“message”:“Unauthorized user_key”}]
I have a basic plan and the key seems to be correct, which should allow access to it. Can you please check on this error.
