1. I want to know why for-sale data still have sold price, what mean about the sold price for a for-sale data.

2. And why sometimes, the sold date is before than the list date, what cause to this happended

It’s mean that the property is currently re-listed for sale by the new owner. As simple as that.

I want to know if a property has been sold before current list, why it still belong to for-sale data. Should it be a sold data?
