Sure, thanks for the quick response. I’ve logged out of my Seeking Alpha subscription to double check that this data is publicly available, and it is. You can see the data I’m looking for, and other REIT specific metrics that appear unavailable, in the valuation tab for Store Capital (STOR). They’re towards the bottom:

I checked another REIT, Realty Income (O), and found the same thing. I thought perhaps they’re available on other endpoints, but if so I have not found them and this seems like where they should be. Hopefully I’m just confused or missing something!
