I ran a comp test with this endpoint “/similarSales (Recently sold homes with similar features)”

The results, came back with older comps and only a few new ones. When compared with Zillow’s comps, I do not see any that match.

How are the “Simlar Sold” homes gathered? what are the paratemters. Distance, SF, Bed Bath Count, etc. what take priority.
