Hello team BackendBox, I’ve received an email saying I’ve been blocked from using this API; is there any particular reason for that, and what can I do to restore access?

The old plans have been invalidated, but I have no technical way to unsubscribe you and have you subscribe back to the new plan (no feature like that). Please unsubscribe and re-subcribe, then I will unblock you.
