Hello!
I’m currently subscribed to the Ultra plan. I’m trying to pull all new listings each day so I can show my users ‘what is new’ daily. However, when pulling listings for a state with daysOld = 1, limit = 500, I’m getting a 408 timeout error (upstream request timeout).
I’ve tried adding additional parameters such as ‘propertyType = Duplex-Triplex’ but am still getting an error.
It will be too much for me to handle pulling new listings for every zipcode or city so I’m to pull them in larger groups (like state).
Is there any other option here or can you help fix that issue?
Kevin

Awesome, thank you!! (:
Hi again,
Thank you for your patience!
Our product team was able to make some optimizations, so this query should now be pretty fast and shouldn’t time out.
If you run into any other performance issues (with this, or any other queries), please let us know.

Hi Kevin,
I would be happy to take a look at this for you.
Can you please send me the full URL of the request you’re making, with all query parameters. This will help us take a look at this specific query/request, as well any issues affecting that query.
Thanks!
