Can not find IDs

Hello! I am building a meal planner for athletes. I want to get nutricional value of things like apples etc. However when i click on Nutrician by ID, unfortunately i can not find ID of apples or stuff. Can you please guide me? Thank you!

Hi! You will first need to use the Ingredient Search endpoint to get the ingredient/basic food ID.
