Kind of like how OpenWeatherMap api uses
“http://api.openweathermap.org/data/2.5/weather?q=” + city_name_goes_here + “&appid=” + apiKey

No because a city name by itself is not guaranteed to be unique. (e.g., Moscow, Idaho)
