Lottery results delay

I have noticed querying for Mega Millions at 23:10 ET does not return the latest results.
When “Mega Millions” and “Powerball” latest results get published?
Asking because I would like to get the data as soon as it’s available, but on the other hand I don’t want to overload the Lottery Results API with every minute calls.

Two days in a row there were no new results within 10 first minutes after a “Mega Millions” / “Powerball” draw.
The latest results became available somewhere between 23:10 ET and 23:20 ET.
