Privatix, I think I found your issue, and it’s quite important you address this in documentation. It seems if the MD5 hash (email) has capital letters in it, it will not work. The MD5 hash must be calculated using ONLY lowercase letters.
Hi – you can try to send an email to any tested domain, and you will get the {1 item “error”:“There are no such email yet” } as per dozens of other posts on the discussion.
Hi, Onion
We have thousands of users, so please explain what exactly you are doing and we’ll try to help.
In most cases the emails just not sent and you don’t see it or you are using our API not as described.
Waiting for your answer,
Thanks
