Dear Zozor54,
I am subscribed to Ultra plan and facing many problems
- Server epsilon always gets errors like on other discussion - https://english.api.rakuten.net/Zozor54/api/whois-lookup/discussions?issueId=19759&issueTitle=Problems-with-server%3A-epsilon
- Servers beta, delta and omega are mostly getting info “request limit exceeded”, rate limit for this plan is 20 requests per minute and I am requesting with 5 seconds delay, this gives 12 per minute max. Even requesting every 30 seconds (2 times per minute) is finally causing the same problem with limit exceeded on this servers.
Only gamma server is working ok.
Can you please kindly solve this issues? Or let me know hot I should request to not face such problems?

How often I should ask servers to avoid such problem?
Now I am requesting 2 times per minute and can see many errors with limit exceeded.

It was under attack.
