Hi,
Please make sure to retrieve data correctly from /v2/property_detail endpoint.
The last_update_date value for that property_id should be "2021-11-09T09:31:39Z"

But I’ve seen a house which its list_date is great than the last_update_date.

Hi,

list_date contains the first date a listing was entered, while last_update_date contains the last date a listing was modified.
