Hi there, thanks for being a customer at Implisense and for your question! Yes, it seems there is indeed a small problem, which I will check. For our company, Implisense, employees is still present, but revenue is not. In any case, however, these two fields are just derivatives of the size attribute. Size is defined in accordance with the SME definition by the EU (see https://www.ifm-bonn.org/en/index/definitions/uebersetzen-nach-english-kmu-definition-der-eu-kommission). I.e., for a small company revenue is always 2-10 million euros and employee number is always 10-49 (analog for micro, medium, and large). More specific values can be obtained via the /financials endpoint. Because this endpoint is more expensive and coverage is far from 100 % (smaller companies in general do not need to report their finanicials), there is the virtually free /financials/exists endpoint, with which you can check in advance which values are available for which company and which year. Hope this helps! Best, André

Hi there, yes, if unsure I would put whatever you have in the "query" attribute. That starts a fuzzy search and virtually always gives a result, but it may be the wrong company. If you have the exact name (minus GmbH or such), you can also use the "name" attribute, but it cannot be fuzzy. Keep in mind that there are many companies called "Weber GmbH" or "Fischer GmbH", so it will pick one arbitrarily if you do that. Alternatively, separate the two steps. Use /lookup, which works exactly with the same POST-request, but it gives you ten (or more, you can specify) results. You may be able to browse them and pick the correct one. Then use the ID for the GET /companies/ID/data request. Hope this helps! Thanks for using Implisense :-) Best, André

Hi there, thanks for your interest in Implisense and sorry for the late answer. There is unfortunately no way to get more than 1.000 results per search request. The only way to achieve this is to reformulate your query, i. e., to make multiple searches using more specific filters.

Hi Diana, thanks for your interest in our API! With our API you can get various kinds of information about companies in Germany. Broadly speaking, we have endpoints for finding companies (lookup, fulltext search, recommendation based on other companies) and endpoints for obtaining information about a specific company (basic data, management, news, links to other companies, etc.). The API is REST/JSON. You can see the online documentation at docs.implisense.com/api Also, at companies-and-markets.com you can get an impression of what kind of information we provide. Looking forward to hearing from you! Best, André
