Call returns blank data

hey our calls are returning empty data. Is the service up ?

Actually, I’m successfully gettng data when testing through my code. I guess my postman script was messed up. Looks like data format changed.
I keep getting back empty brackets as as response. Can you send me a sample script for both feeds and user info? Thanks!
