Hi Telize,
We have a new subscription and a valid card on file; but the payment is not going through. Please could you help fix this issue ? The API is disabled right now and many features of our service are down.

Please could you help urgently fix this issue ?

Sorry to hear that. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do on our side as the payment process is handled by Mashape.
