Hi Team,

The service which we have subscribed recently doesn’t seems to be accurate where in past it was working correctly. Can you please confirm on the below

  1. Is there any changes in the service response onthis updated versions?
  2. Why it is always showing the same IP, Latitude and Longitude even if we try to access the service from different locations? i.e. it is always responding with “longitude”:151.2055, “latitude”:-33.8615. Could you please confirm whether this can be fixed to respond with correct latitude and longitude details based on our location.

Hi,

  1. No there are no changes compared to the free version
  2. One IP will map to the same latitude and longitude, that’s how the service works

Are you using a proxy or caching the received JSON content?
