Hello,

Sure, we are not blocking anyone from signing up to the service.

For info, all billing is handled by Mashape and they support payments using credit and debit cards and plans are based on a recurring monthly subscription.

Receipts are issued to the account owner so your client will need to open an account themselves if they want to be invoiced directly.
