The pricing page clearly states that you get 500 free credits PER MONTH when subscribed to the Basic plan, yet it still seems to be treating it as a one-time offer - I have used 500 credits over the course of several months and am now being blocked unless I pay for Pro plan (waste of money as it gives me far more credits than I need).
