I will have to translate a lot of text in english, russian and chinese.
Do translation get cashed somehow and not charged on next uses?
If not cashed, what if someone spams the translation and continue to send billions of requests causing me to lose a lot of money on translation?
Or cashing the translation is my own issue?
What plan would suit me? Is there unlimited plan?
