Horse position is coming empty

Hello. Not sure how to address this, since we’ve been using the API for quite a while now but the position of the horses are coming blank in the horses JSON of the race details. Wasn’t having this issue before. Is taking longer to update the race cards? Should I take more time to update at my end?

I seem to be having issues with my website, some of the horse positions are coming through but quite a few are missing. Anyone got a fix please.

Hi douglasvisiam,
I recommend you to check the result between 5-15 minutes after finished the race.
You can check it every several minutes to be sure you get it.

ok, we did a request 10 min after the race scheduled time and it was empty:
2022-01-12 16:00:00,034 INFO core: Race PERTEMPS NETWORK HANDICAP CHASE (5) already started. Current time: 2022-01-12 16:00:00.029129+00:00 - Race Time 2022-01-12 15:50:00+00:00. Fetching the API.
should we update with a bigger gap between the race time and our job?
Ok, we found an issue in our request, were the request time was wrong.
Not sure why it was working before and just stopped, but now we fixed it.

we check positions every minute after finished the race.
Sometimes our data provider has a bit delay.
For instance, all today’ races have positions.
Anyway, we will check it.
