Apparently the documentation is not up to date as the key parameters from doesn’t do anything and always give back EUR but if you change “from” to “base” then it works.
I couldn’t figure out what is should the “to” parameters be change to.
Any ideas ?

Same here. Default Base seems to be EUR and cant be changed.

Same question here. You can however, divide the rates in EUR (default base currency) by your desired base currency.
