Don’t know where else to ask but after paying for the monthly subscription, I unsubscribed and to my suprise, I lost access to the subscription.

I assumed that my paid subscription was valid for a month. I tend to unsubscribe from recurring payments until I test that I want to keep the subscription running.

Any chance I can get my subscription back?
