Duplicate recipes in complex search and totalResults is wrong

The result I am getting have few duplicate recipes. They have different IDs but have the same title and nutrition. Also, the number of recipes returned by the API call is different than the totalResults.

Can you please check and let me know why are this inconsistency happens?

Our deduplicater must not have caught those, I fixed that and they should be gone within 24h.

The totalResults number is about the possible results withouth the requirement for required instructions. I see that this is confusing but for performance reasons we can't compute this more exactly I'm afraid.
