I contacted support and this is what they said:
I checked this API from my test account and everything is working as expected for me. I’d recommend contacting the API provider directly. You can do this by clicking the “contact” button to start messaging them through the About page of the API or by opening a new discussion post for the API.
You’ll need to contact the API Provider directly because RapidAPI is the API Hub that empowers developers to consume APIs & API Provider to list/sell their APIs to developers. RapidAPI doesn’t actually own or manage any of the APIs on the platform.
Can you please change the API maybe it will help

Could you please check the status of your subscription within RapidAPI admin panel? Please contact RapidAPI support as well.
I’ve checked how it’s going for other active users and seems there no problems for them.
I am subscribed to the Ultra plan. Last payment 13.02.23
