Got Connection Refused Error while sending email to one of available emails

So when I try to send an email to one of my available domains from gmail - I receive the mail, so for good.
But when I try to send email from dreamhost then I got Undelived mail and reason is this:
Diagnostic-Code: smtp; 550 5.7.1 [RDIP] Connection refused
I need this to work. Can you please fix your servers.
I already tried every available domain
