Hello everyone.

If you have had some problems with the error: ‘You are not subscribed to this API’ I might have some solution that could work for you aswell.

Things you could try:

• Go to RAWG website and get an API KEY: https://rawg.io/apidocs

• When you have the key, you can go to the rapidAPI website and Copypaste their Codesnippets for the language and library you are using (I am using Python/requests)

Now you have to understand that the Key: ‘X-RapidAPI-Key’, in the header dict, is not the same key as the RAWG key. Normally when you copypaste from the Codesnippets the Key: ‘X-RapidAPI-Key’ and ‘X-RapidAPI-Host’ should be good, as long as you are logged in.
*(you can else go to: https://rapidapi.com/developer/dashboard, under security and get the RapidKey). *

The Rawg Key need to be used in the URL endpoint as a parameter, which will looks like this:
https://rawg-video-games-database.p.rapidapi.com/games?key=<RAWG_API_KEY>

(replace <RAWG_API_KEY> with the RAWG key).
