This API currently only sourced from realtor. You may find some data listed in zillow are not listed in this API, vice versa.

I tried searching using your location/suggest api, and some land is still not coming up. Example:
839 N 14th St, San Jose, CA 95112
3487 Ramstad Dr, San Jose, CA 95127

To search based on an address you can use /location/suggest endpoint with the address as input parameter.
If you get response with one of data have area_type is address like this:

Then you can pass the property_id in property-detail endpoint to get the property detail data.
