How to get a tweet's all comments ?

hi, thanks for providing a great api for us.
I tried to get all the comments back from a specific tweet ID, but the number of data is different with what I can see from the twitter's web page.
Is this normal?

here is the endpoint I tested and how I operated

firstly I call the api without a cursor, after I fetched the list, I use the last item's "content.itemContent.value"
as the cursor to start a loop fetching all the commands until the cursor returns empty.

The total items I fetched back is 210, but from the twitter web page it listed as 258.

what I want to achieve is get all the commands back, is there anything I missed?
