I recently tested out NER endpoint it seems to work for me.
Here are some possible things that might have happened.

• Sometimes the RapidAPI gui does not construct requests correctly and sends invalid data. Easiest fix is to simply hard refresh your browser.
• If this happened in your code. It means you are not passing the parameters correctly to the server. I will be happy to help you out.
