How to read added/leaving date?

Am getting this in the search results:
"added": 1608940116,
"leaving": 1635750000

How do i read this as a date?

Those numbers are unix timestamps: https://www.unixtimestamp.com/

Pretty much all programming languages should have libraries to convert them to a date object.
