Hello, we are experiencing the 515 internal server error. It happens for some topics but not others so it doesn’t really appear to be a load related issue. Is there anyway to diagnose what exactly is causing the issue?

What e-mail should I use to work through this issue with your support?

We looked into the issue you’ve been experiencing. We checked our own servers and also tested using the API via RapidAPI and couldn’t find any problems.

We assume that you are having those issues because the Keyword Suggestions API is quite slow and it takes on average around 50 seconds to receive the results. Since this API is on a public shared server, there might be some server errors in case of higher usage.

While we are planning to improve the speed of our Keyword Suggestions API in the future, there is no definite timeline for it.
