Following the documentation, the correct query could be

• if you want a random quote:
  curl --get --include “https://healthruwords.p.mashape.com/v1/quotes/” -H “X-Mashape-Key: uZTmTK08agmshGTA9ey4J5rKvJJep1Hnot5jsnfsX8AII2dcjV”
• if you want a specific quote which ID you know:
  curl --get --include “https://healthruwords.p.mashape.com/v1/quotes/?id=731” -H “X-Mashape-Key: uZTmTK08agmshGTA9ey4J5rKvJJep1Hnot5jsnfsX8AII2dcjV”
• if you want a random quote of a specific topic:
  curl --get --include “https://healthruwords.p.mashape.com/v1/quotes/?t=Wisdom” -H "X-Mashape-Key: uZTmTK08agmshGTA9ey4J5rKvJJep1Hnot5jsnfsX8AII2dcjV"
  etc…
