Can’t be sure it is the case for @promobius but 403: forbidden is returned when you are not subscribed to the endpoint within the rapid-api console. Once subscribed to the free plan it works fine for me.
I also got this. In vs2019 i have copy and pasted your sdk into a class i have named “quotegenerator”. upon doing so i got an error over the “await” operator and it had me change my method from “public static void DadJoke()” to “public static async Task DadJokeAsync()” in my main program i am calling the method via the class “quotegenerator.DadJokeAsync();” the error i get is "response status code does not indicate success: 403 (Forbidden)
