Don't recognize the same item on 2 pictures

Question

I want to know if the principal item on a picture is similar of a second principal item in another picture. When I try with 2 pictures of the same item but not at the same place it return me a result of 0. Is that api make for that purpose ?

The comparison models work by extracting characteristics of the images such as: shapes, colors, outlines,... If the images differ reasonably, the models can classify them as different.
It doesn't take into account things like main and secondary elements, the image is examined as a whole.
