Property level data and analytics for publicly traded Real Estate owned/operated by Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs)

The API provides subscribers detailed data on real estate properties owned and/or operated by publicly traded Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) across every property sector (i.e Multifamily, Office, Retail etc). REIT Data Market fuses data from multiple public sources to create unique combinations of property attributes and derived analytics. The API provides geocoded REIT properties with address, property size, number of units, US census areas and other geographical attributes. Derived analytics include “features” within a user specified distance, e.g. schools, shopping centers, public transit stations, as well as Starbucks and Whole Foods.
