Finally, we fixed the authentication issue with new Mashape interface.

One of our users mentioned that it works through the old Mashape website: https://old.mashape.com/skybiometry-1/skybiometry-face-detection-and-recognition#!authentication

Additionally, you can skip Mashape and use one of our client libraries which communicate directly with our servers: http://www.skybiometry.com/Documentation#apiclient

Sorry about that. There is something on Mashape proxy which does not send us your API key and secret during any query. We are working at the solution to this issue now.
