We have paid the PRO plan before subscribing the API. When we try to subscribe the API, it says add team and asks us to pay. Could you please assist us in subscribing the API for our organization account.

Yes, when I try to make any request it’s throwing

“message”: “You are not subscribed to this API.”
}.

Could you please check this. This is an high level priority issue.

Yes, we have subscribed to Matrix PRO but It’s not visible in the dashboard page. We can’t track them

As I see in the logs, you tried to switch from the PRO plan to the ULTRA plan for the Directions API. This is correct?. But the payment status is “pending”.
I also see that you are already subscribed to the Matrix API (PRO plan).
