fetch whatsapp data on profiles

This API will provide public data of any whatsapp number:
Check if the number belongs to a Whatsapp for Business account, if so, you can get:

• Opening hours,
• address,
• web site url,
• products catalog,
• category,
• contact email,
• company name,
• description.

If the number does not belong to a business, you can also:

• check if it’s a registered number,
• get the Profile picture: high or low resolution and different types (url, jpg or base64)
• fetch About and Status data.

Depending on the privacy settings of the target number, some endpoints might return a message telling you the info could not be gathered for this reason.
